New Year, New Look, New Name for Cumbria Sport

We have rebranded to reflect the diverse range of services and partners we now work with and to better communicate our commitment to increasing participation in Sport and Physical Activity. We have changed our name from Cumbria Sport Partnership to Active Cumbria, The Sport and Physical Activity Partnership.

The Partnership is one of 49 county sports partnerships across England. Director Eddie Edge said: "The new name better represents the work that the partnership does and the stakeholders we represent."
